Generative AI for video, avatars, voice-over and ad creative, with scripting, editing and brand control kept human.

AI video production turns part of the work that used to need a shoot day, a studio and actors into hours instead of days. Product visuals, ad videos, explainer videos fronted by AI avatars and multilingual voice-over can now come from the same team, inside the same brand framework. We use these tools openly as our production method, while scripting, direction, editing and final approval stay in human hands.

The real gain is less about speed and more about variety. Instead of launching an ad with a single version, you can prepare dozens of variations with different openings, messages, formats and languages and test them with real budget. With more than twenty years in media and sales, we care about seeing in the data which creative actually turns into sales. Licensing, likeness rights, voice consent and platform policies are settled at the start of every job.

  • 01E-commerce and D2C brands that need to refresh and test ad creative often.
  • 02Companies promoting a product in several languages and markets.
  • 03B2B and SaaS firms that need a steady flow of training, onboarding or product videos.
  • 04Brands that need consistent product visuals and scene variations across a large catalogue.
  • 05Marketing teams that want to keep traditional production for the hero campaign and produce the rest more flexibly.
  • 06Organisations keen to use AI but determined to manage rights, consent and labelling properly.

What is AI video production, and how does it differ from a traditional shoot?

AI video production is a method where the image, the sound or both are created with generative models. Turning text or a reference image into video, placing an existing product photo into new scenes, producing an explainer fronted by an AI avatar and carrying a voice-over into other languages are typical uses. A traditional shoot is planned around locations, equipment, crew and talent; here most of the time goes into the script, direction, selection and the edit.

That does not mean it replaces traditional production in every case. When you need to show the real texture of a product, a person’s genuine testimony or a live event, the camera is still the right tool. AI comes into its own for large numbers of variations, multilingual adaptation, quick concept tests and scenes that would be expensive or impossible to film. On most projects we combine the two, extending real product footage with generated scenes and a real voice with multilingual dubbing.

How are AI ad videos and creative variations produced?

With ad creative, we start by defining the axes of variation: the hook in the first three seconds, the core message, the benefit shown, the presenter or avatar, format, length and language. We turn those axes into a matrix, write a short script for each cell and generate the visuals, voice and scenes with generative tools. A human editor then sets the rhythm, transitions, typography, subtitles and brand elements. The result is a set of meaningfully different versions of one campaign in vertical, square and landscape formats, across several languages.

Variations are only valuable when they are tested properly. We give each version a consistent naming scheme, record which variable is being tested and read the results from the ad platforms against that structure. Winning hooks and messages become the basis for the next round. It is the same thinking behind ad10, the product we build and run to bring ad accounts and creative production together for small businesses.

How are rights and consent handled for AI avatars, voice cloning and dubbing?

Any work based on a real person’s face or voice requires that person’s explicit written consent. The consent sets out the purpose, channels, languages, duration and how it can be withdrawn. Because face and voice data can count as special-category personal data under Türkiye’s KVKK and as biometric data under UK GDPR, how that data is stored and processed is planned separately. For stock avatars and voices, we check the provider’s commercial licence and its limits.

In a delivery note we list the commercial terms of the models and tools used, music and font licences and the usage rights for brand assets. We do not produce content that imitates a real person, brand or well-known work without permission. These limits protect you legally and protect your brand’s reputation, and they also lower the chance of content being rejected during ad platform review. The delivery note also becomes the document you turn to later when you want to reuse the content or take it to another channel.

Does AI content need labelling, and what do platform policies say?

The major platforms ask for disclosure of realistic AI content. YouTube requires creators to declare realistic altered or synthetic content at upload; TikTok requires realistic AI-generated content to be labelled; Meta applies AI info labels in certain cases and requires advertisers to disclose digital alteration in political and social issue ads. In the European Union, the AI Act also introduces transparency obligations for marking synthetic content.

In practice, every delivery states which parts were made with generative tools, and we recommend labelling based on the current rules of the platform it will run on. We do not produce content that shows a feature the product does not have or dramatises a customer review that never happened; that breaches advertising law as well as platform rules. The test of good work is simple: viewers can tell what is real and what is illustration, and the content still does its job. Because the rules change often, we recheck the current policy on every project.

Creative made with a media buyer’s eye

With over twenty years in media and sales, we know that creative that looks good and creative that sells are not the same thing. We build variations with a testable structure, readable naming and clear hypotheses.

Generative tools under human direction

Scripting, shot selection, editing, typography and final approval stay human. We use generative tools for speed and range, and check brand consistency frame by frame.

Rights and consent in writing from day one

Explicit consent for faces and voices, commercial licences for tools, music and font rights and a labelling recommendation come with every delivery. We do not ship content with unclear rights.

Multilingual production from one team

For work aimed at Türkiye, the UK and Uzbekistan, one team handles dubbing, subtitles and local adaptation of the same video within a single brand framework.

01

Brief and rights

We pin down the goal, channels, brand rules and every face, voice, logo and product asset involved, and put permissions and licence terms in writing.

02

Script and visual direction

We write the script, shot list and style frames and define the axes we will vary for testing, then bring them to you for sign-off before production.

03

Generation and editing

We generate video, imagery and voice with generative tools, finish them with human editing, colour, typography, music and subtitles, and check every frame against brand rules.

04

Delivery and testing

We deliver in the right ratio and length for each platform, with the required AI labelling, and plan the next round of variations from the ad test results.

The quote is shaped by the type and volume of content. The main factors are the number and length of videos, the size of the variation matrix, the number of languages, whether an avatar or cloned voice is needed, whether generated material is combined with real footage, the licence terms of the tools involved and the number of revision rounds. One-off campaign production and an ongoing monthly creative stream are both possible. Once we have the brief, we send an itemised proposal.

Let’s talk about this
Related work

Yes. For social media and performance ads in particular, AI-generated video can now reach broadcast-ready quality. What decides quality is less the tool than the direction, selection and editing. Where the product must look exactly right, we start from real product footage and extend it with generated scenes. For something like a flagship brand film, we may well recommend a traditional shoot.

An AI avatar is a digital presenter that delivers a script on camera. It can be a stock avatar or a custom one created from a real person who has given consent. It suits training and onboarding videos, product explainers, multilingual announcements and content that changes often, because a new script does not mean a new shoot.

Yes. We can carry an existing video’s narration into other languages through translation, adaptation and AI voice-over, and adjust lip sync where needed. We do not leave translation to a machine; the script is rewritten to read naturally in the target language and checked by a fluent speaker. If the speaker’s own voice is used, written consent is required.

The legal picture differs between countries and is still developing. In practice, we check the commercial terms of the tools used, document the human contribution such as script, editing and brand elements, and set out your usage rights in the delivered content clearly in the contract. Where it matters, we recommend getting your own legal adviser’s view.

YouTube, TikTok and Meta require disclosure or labelling for realistic synthetic content, and the rules are stricter for political and social issue ads. In the European Union, the AI Act adds transparency obligations as well. With every delivery we state which parts were generated and recommend labelling based on the current rules of the platform it will run on.

Ad budget and test duration decide the number; you need only as many variations as the budget can gather meaningful data on. Rather than testing lots of small differences at once, we suggest testing big axes such as hook, message and format in sequence. The winners become the starting point for the next round.

Yes. Starting from your existing product photos, we can place the product in different settings, seasons and usage scenes. We take care not to alter its shape, colour, logo or label, and check every visual against the real product. We will not create visuals that show a feature the product does not have.

Timing depends mostly on how clear the brief is, the number of approval rounds and the number of variations. Once the script and style frames are signed off, generation and editing take considerably less time than a traditional production. For avatar or voice clone work that needs consent, we allow extra time for the permissions process.

You can take creative production on its own or combine it with our performance marketing service. When we do both, test design, budget allocation and reading results stay with one team, and why a winning creative won flows straight into the next production. For organic use, we also work hand in hand with our social media management team.
