We connect ERP, accounting, e-invoicing, marketplaces and CRM so data is entered once and correct everywhere.

An order lands on your online store, someone re-enters it into the ERP, the invoice is issued separately in the accounting software and stock is updated by hand on the marketplace. Every manual transfer costs time and invites errors, and the most expensive error is two systems showing different numbers. Integration lets those systems talk directly, with data flowing by clear rules from one source of truth to the rest.

We build API integrations between ERP and accounting systems such as Logo, Mikro, Netsis, Nebim, Paraşüt and SAP Business One, e-invoicing services, payment providers, marketplaces, CRMs and tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. When an off-the-shelf connector is enough, we recommend it; when it is not, we write our own integration layer. Either way, data mapping, error handling and monitoring are designed in from the start.

  • 01Businesses re-keying online orders into their ERP or accounting software.
  • 02Brands selling on several marketplaces that want to manage stock and pricing centrally.
  • 03Sales teams that want quotes and orders in the CRM to flow into accounting automatically.
  • 04Retailers wrestling with stock gaps between stores, warehouses and head office.
  • 05Companies that need to connect e-invoicing and e-archive to their existing software.
  • 06Businesses switching accounting systems that need to move historical data without loss.

What is ERP integration and what does it give a business?

ERP integration means your enterprise resource planning system exchanges data with other software automatically. When records such as customer and product cards, orders, invoices, payments and price lists are created in one system, they are passed to the others by defined rules. The same information is never entered twice, teams stop working from different numbers on different screens, and month-end closing loses its ‘which figure is right’ debate.

Time saved is the most visible gain, but the real value is trust in the data. Sales can see a customer’s current balance in the CRM, the warehouse can process a marketplace order the moment it arrives, and management can look at one consistent picture rather than reports stitched together from several systems. Integration also removes an invisible brake on growth: opening a new sales channel no longer means hiring a new team to feed it.

How do accounting and e-invoice integrations work in practice?

Every system connects differently. Cloud accounting tools such as Paraşüt offer a modern API, so integration comes together relatively quickly. With widely used ERPs such as Logo, Mikro and Netsis, depending on version and setup, we may use official services, middleware or controlled database-level access. With Nebim we work through services suited to its retail and store structure. We decide which route is safe and sustainable only after reviewing your current licences and installation.

In e-invoice and e-archive integration, an invoice is sent in the right format to the e-invoicing provider the moment it is created in your system; its status comes back and the document is archived. The critical part is mapping tax rates, exemptions, returns and cancellations completely. We test each of these scenarios one by one with your accounting team.

What to watch for in marketplace and API integrations

The most common problem in marketplace integration is lagging stock and price sync: the last unit sells on two channels at once, or a promotional price fails to update on one of them. To prevent this, stock reservation, update frequency and channel-specific pricing rules are designed up front. Orders, returns and shipping statuses are gathered in one place and passed to the ERP and accounting in the right order.

Across all API integrations we hold to three technical principles. First, sending the same record twice must never create a duplicate invoice or order. Second, when the other system is temporarily unavailable, data must not be lost but wait in a queue and be retried automatically. Third, every transfer is logged, so you can always trace where a record came from, when it was sent and why it failed. We also monitor the other side’s rate limits and version changes.

Timeline, project flow and common mistakes

A one-way transfer between two cloud systems with ready APIs can be finished quickly. Once two-way sync, several companies or branches, an older ERP version or historical data migration come into play, the project is split into phases. We usually start with the flow that creates the most manual work, such as the order-to-invoice chain, then add stock, collections and reporting flows.

The mistakes we see most often are setting up two-way sync without deciding which system is the master, skipping documentation of the mapping tables, settling for a connection that silently swallows errors and tells nobody, and leaving the accounting team out of testing. The test of a good integration is simple: there are no reconciliation gaps between systems at month end, failed records wait in a visible queue, and because how it works is documented, it does not depend on one person’s memory.

Integration that understands accounting

We treat customer accounts, VAT, withholding, returns and exchange differences not as technical details but as your finance team’s daily reality, and we build integrations speaking the same language as your accountant.

Connectors we run in our own product

We build and operate the Paraşüt, Nebim V3, QuickBooks and e-invoicing integrations in Rocketly CRM ourselves. We know from experience what happens when the other system slows down, changes version or sends unexpected data.

No silent failures

Every integration ships with a monitoring view, an error queue and alert rules. When a record fails to transfer, you find out immediately, not from a customer complaint or a month-end discrepancy.

Vendor-neutral advice

We are not a reseller for any ERP or e-invoicing provider. So if an off-the-shelf connector does the job, we say so plainly, and we only recommend custom development when it is genuinely needed.

01

Inventory and data ownership

We decide which system is the master for which data: where a customer record is born, where stock is updated, where invoices are issued. Everything else rests on this decision.

02

Mapping and rules

Codes, units, tax rates, customer accounts and status fields are mapped one to one between systems. What happens with missing or conflicting data is agreed in advance.

03

Validation in a test environment

We run the integration against test companies and sample records first. Together with your accounting team we reconcile vouchers, invoices and balances to prove it is correct.

04

Go-live and monitoring

We schedule the switch for a quiet period and watch the first days closely. Failed records go to a queue, the owner is notified and they are resent once fixed.

The quote depends mainly on how many systems are involved, the API maturity and version of each, whether flows are one-way or two-way, how many record types need mapping, the number of companies and branches, any historical data migration and your monitoring expectations. We assess your current setup with a short technical review, then prepare a proposal with scope and timeline for each flow. Maintenance and monitoring for live integrations are planned separately.

Let’s talk about this
Related work

Accounting integration usually focuses on passing invoices, customer accounts and payments into the accounting software. ERP integration covers that plus operational data such as stock, production, purchasing, warehousing and pricing. In smaller businesses both may live in the same software; as the business grows, the scope widens.

Depending on product and version, these ERPs offer official services or middleware, and in some cases controlled database access is used. The right route depends on the exact product, your licence and your server setup. We clarify this in the first technical review and recommend the most sustainable approach.

Nebim V3 integration typically maps product, stock, price, customer and order data between Nebim’s services and your online store, marketplaces or CRM. Store and warehouse structure, size and colour variants and promotion rules need the most care. We map and test these areas from the outset.

Integrations with cloud accounting tools such as Paraşüt or QuickBooks can automate sales invoice creation, customer record sync, payment posting and, in Türkiye, e-invoice and e-archive submission. A sale made in your online store, CRM or own application is recorded in accounting without manual entry, and balances stay consistent on both sides.

In Türkiye, being registered for e-invoicing and working with an authorised e-invoicing provider is the starting point. We connect your existing software to the provider’s service so invoices are sent in the correct format, their status comes back and they are archived. Return, cancellation and exemption scenarios are tested one by one before handover.

The core rule is that stock is managed from one master source, reserved the instant an order arrives and pushed to each channel at a suitable frequency. A safety buffer can also be set per channel. Any channel whose update fails shows up on the monitoring dashboard and the owner is alerted.

If your flow is standard and a ready-made connector covers it, that is usually faster and cheaper. If you have custom fields, complex pricing or tax rules, a need to chain several systems together or strong monitoring requirements, a custom integration tends to be more robust over the long run.

Not if it is built properly. When the other system does not respond, records wait in a queue and are retried automatically. If there is a persistent error, the record moves to an error queue, the owner is notified and it is resent once fixed. Each transfer is tracked with unique keys so no duplicates are created.

Yes. Customer and product cards, open balances and the historical transactions you need are extracted from the old system, converted to the new structure and imported in a controlled way. Opening balances are verified through reconciliation with your accounting team, and the old system stays available until that check is complete.
