TSRS reporting became mandatory in Türkiye and reports are now assured with the same rigour as financial statements. The problem: proving where every number came from still runs on e-mail threads and spreadsheets.

Kaynak collects real TSRS disclosures from KAP and links every value to its source document. A value is published only after two independent people verify it through blind double entry; one click opens the original, byte for byte. On top runs an AI assistant that answers with citations to TSRS paragraphs, scans the company’s documents against the standard and drafts from approved data. The final decision always stays with a human.

Sourced data, four eyes

Every data point carries a status badge: as written in the source, checked by two people, recorded in an append-only audit trail. Automated rules filter before any human sees it.
